What is AnointedWedding?

AnointedWedding is your all-in-one wedding planning app designed specifically for Roman Catholic couples preparing for the Sacrament of Marriage. This unique app streamlines your wedding planning experience while helping you focus on the divine elements of your big day. With a focus on the Roman Catholic Wedding Rite, AnointedWedding ensures that your spiritual journey is beautifully intertwined with your planning process.

Who is AnointedWedding for?

AnointedWedding caters to Roman Catholic couples who value their faith and want to integrate the spiritual significance of their union into their wedding planning. This app addresses the needs of engaged couples seeking to manage their wedding preparations with ease and devotion.

How do I get started?

To begin, download the AnointedWedding app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and install it. Open the app and follow the instructions to sign up. Make sure you provide a valid email address. Once you sign up, go to the login page and insert your email. You will receive an email containing a One-Time Password (OTP). Copy the OTP in the Insert One-Time Password page. If email and OTP are correct, you should now be prompted with first-time welcome screens where you can update your preferences and add your wedding date and spouse details. You are then ready to use the wedding planner app and to collaborate with your spouse!

Is the app available in multiple languages?

The app is currently available in English, Spanish, Italian and Croatian.

Is the app free?

The wedding app operates on a freemium model, offering both free and paid plans to cater to different user needs. After sign up, you can take advantage of the 14-day trial period offered by the app. During this time, you'll have access to all premium features without any financial obligation. After the trial, you can upgrade to the Premium plan and access all features, or stay in the Free plan which has limited features.

How can I upgrade?

To upgrade to the Premium plan, sign in and click on the Settings tab => Subscription => Click on Upgrade Plan => click on the Subscribe button. Then follow the instructions according to your mobile operating system.

How can I cancel a subscription?

The app understands that priorities change, and couples may need to adjust their plans. Canceling the premium plan will downgrade you to the free plan after the billing period has ended. You can upgrade again at any time. To cancel the subscription, check the instructions on the mobile app. Sign in and click on the Settings tab => Subscription => Click on Cancel Subscription => follow the instructions depending on your mobile operating system. The Cancel Subscription button will be visible only to admin users.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account on the mobile app. Sign in and click on the Settings tab => Subscription => Delete Account => Click on the Delete Account button and confirm. If you are an admin, you will delete your account and the wedding account, blocking the access to other users. If you are not an admin, you will only delete your account and won’t be able to access the wedding data anymore.

How can I get in touch with the support team?

You can contact us through the website or the mobile app. On the website, go to the Contact page by clicking on the Let’s chat button located in the header or the sidebar. Fill in the form and click the Submit button. On the mobile app, sign in and click on the Settings tab => Contacts => Delete Account => fill in the form and click the Submit button. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
